INTRODUCTION
As we talk tonight, we are shifting from viewing church as an event to understanding it as a mission. The message challenges us to move from watching to participating and from consuming to contributing.
UNDERSTANDING
HAVE A VOLUNTEER READ ACTS 2:42–47
This picture shows that church was never meant to be passive or spectator driven. It was built around shared life, shared mission, and shared responsibility.
HAVE A VOLUNTEER READ MATTHEW 18:10
Jesus makes it clear that reaching and nurturing the next generation is not optional. It is central to the heart of God and the mission of the church.
HAVE A VOLUNTEER READ HEBREWS 8:10–12
The Church is not built on law keeping but on transformed hearts shaped by grace.
APPLICATION
When the church lives out its calling, it becomes more than a weekly gathering. It becomes a doorway to transformation for individuals, families, and future generations.
PRAYER
Thank God for the ways He has worked in and through the church. Ask God to help you see people the way He sees them. Pray for courage to get in the game and live out the mission together.
