INTRODUCTION
Today we are talking about something that may not always feel spiritual but absolutely is. Scripture makes it clear that our physical, mental, and spiritual health matter deeply to God and have generational impact.
UNDERSTANDING
HAVE A VOLUNTEER READ 1 CORINTHIANS 6:19–20.
HAVE A VOLUNTEER READ ROMANS 12:1-2.
HAVE A VOLUNTEER READ PROVERBS 22:6.
God cares about every part of our lives, including our health. When we take responsibility for our physical, mental, and spiritual well-being, we are not only honoring Him, we are shaping the trajectory of the generations behind us.
APPLICATION
PRAYER
Pray for courage to take responsibility for your health. Ask God for strength to break unhealthy generational patterns. Pray that your life would become a model of wholeness that blesses the generations that follow.
