“Forget the former things; do not dwell on the past. See, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up; do you not perceive it? I am making a way in the wilderness and streams in the wasteland.

Isaiah 43:18-19

1.) How easy is it for us to dwell on our past?

2.) How can this passage give you strength to leave your past in the past?

3.) Is there any major doubt or struggle you are still carrying that you need to forgive yourself for? How can you overcome the guilt or shame?
