- Take a critical look at your daily thought patterns. What do you tend to think about, are your thoughts generally light or dark?
- How does reading the Bible every day affect the way we think?
Monday: John 21:15-25
- How is your love for Jesus impacting your goals and tasks in life right now?
- In what areas can you do better at keeping your attention on God’s will for your life rather than comparing yourself to others?
- At the end of your life, what do you feel Jesus wants you to have accomplished?
Tuesday: Ecclesiastes 6:1-12
- What things in life are you chasing after?
- When looking through the scope of eternity, are the things you are chasing after meaningful or meaningless?
- What does a life with meaning look like?
Wednesday: 2 Kings 6:1-7
- How is this passage an example of building and living in community with other believers?
- Do you believe God still does miracles?
- What miracle do you need God to do in your life?
Thursday: 1 Chronicles 29:10-20
- Why do you praise God? Take a minute to list out the many reasons why.
- Are you as generous with God as He is with you, why or why not?
Friday: 1 Thessalonians 4:13-18
- How can we still have hope in the midst of intense grief?
- Who has passed that you hope to see again some day?
- Read verse 14, who in your life needs to hear about the love of Jesus so that you can all be together in heaven some day?
Saturday: Hebrews 1
- How does it make you feel that Jesus had all of that power, but willingly died for your sins?
- How does this passage change or enhance your understanding of angels?
- How are you hoping God sends His angels to minister in your life this week?
