- As the Christmas season begins, how is Jesus giving you hope and peace?
- Who in your life needs to hear about that hope and peace found in Jesus?
- What can you do to better focus on Jesus’ joy, peace and hope this Christmas season?
Monday: Psalm 130:1-8
- What are some of the things you can thank God for forgiving you for?
- How are you anticipating spending time with Jesus as you look forward to Christmas?
- Why is it so important that God’s love is unfailing?
Tuesday: Micah 7:6-10
- In what ways are you watching “in hope for the Lord”?
- Family dynamics can be complicated, how can you be a peacemaker in your family?
- If you feel you have recently fallen, make the decision to stand back up with God’s help.
Wednesday: Psalm 39:1-8
- Make a list of things you will not be taking with you when you die.
- Thank God for the things on your list you are glad to leave behind.
- Ask God to help you work through the things on your list that upset you to leave behind.
Thursday: 1 Peter 1:3-9
- What treasures do you possess that are likely to “perish, spoil or fade”?
- How are our treasures in heaven different from the ones we have on earth?
- What aspects of heaven are you looking forward to?
Friday: Numbers 6:22-27
- What does it tell you about the nature of God that He included instructions on blessing His people and how to bless them?

- Take some time today to pray this blessing over your family.
Saturday: Proverbs 16:1-9
- In what ways are God’s plans superior to our own?
- When in your life has God smoothed the way for you and made peace where there was none before?
- Thank God today for the ways He has worked in your life.
