  • How is Jesus’ love for people different than your love for people?

Thursday:  John 15:9-17
  • Why is it important that Jesus connects love with obeying His commands?
  • What does it mean to you that Jesus would call you one of His friends?
  • How do you view the difference between a servant and a friend?
 

Friday:  1 Corinthians 13:1-8
  • Which characteristic of love stands out most to you and why?
  • Which characteristic of love do you most struggle to show others?
  • Ask God to show you someone who needs love this week and show them this definition of love.


Saturday:  Luke 6:27-36
  • Who would you say you have at times labeled as your “enemies”?
  • What is the difference (if any) between forgiving an enemy vs. loving and praying for an enemy?
  • Spend time today talking to God about those people you have thought of as “enemies”?
