INTRODUCTION
How we view ourselves in relation to the world around us has an enormous impact on our personal value, as well as the paths we choose to traverse in this life. This is why God invites us to a relationship that drastically transforms our very identity.

HAVE A VOLUNTEER READ JAMES 1:16-20
The idea of being born again is difficult to articulate. In John 3, Jesus even confused a well-known and highly educated Jewish leader with this idea. However, few things in Scripture are more precious than the idea that God would love us so much that He would hit the reset button and give us a brand new life with Him.
HAVE A VOLUNTEER READ JAMES 1:21-25
Just do what the Bible says to do… it’s just that simple, right? In one way, yes, it’s pretty cut and dry. But in another way, no, it is not easy at all. That’s our fault. We are masters at complicating God’s instructions. The path to the life God has for us, however, depends entirely on following His instructions found in Scripture and written on our hearts.
APPLICATION
PRAYER
Pray that God would better show all of you what it looks like to be His child, bear His name and represent Him in this world.
