INTRODUCTION
Relationships are difficult. They require intentionality, bravery, consistency, and massive amounts of grace. If over half of marriages fail, the statistics on the failure rates of lesser relationships must be abysmal. However, the importance of healthy relationships to our health as individuals cannot be overstated. That is why God places such high value on our relationships with one another.

HAVE A VOLUNTEER READ Proverbs 27:17
Many of us either intentionally or unintentionally develop lifestyles of social isolation - erroneously assuming that health can be obtained by keeping others at arm's length. Most of the time, we get this way because we observe the potential danger of negative influences in our lives. However, the benefits of positive relationships far outweigh the potential hurt that occurs in negative relationships. We need each other!
HAVE A VOLUNTEER READ Acts 2:42-47
Participating in the community of Christian believers is an absolutely beautiful thing! When one of us is weak, others pick up the slack. When one of us is scared or hurt, others stand in the gap for them. In other words, we are called to have each other’s back in the name of Jesus… and it’s amazing when done well!
APPLICATION
PRAYER
Pray that God would help you to be more intentional and graceful as you participate in and benefit from the community of believers.
