INTRODUCTION
Recognizing and celebrating wins in life is important. Recognizing the many times day in and day out that our amazing God is showing himself victorious in and around us is even more important. After all, if our awesome God is for us, who or what can be against us?

HAVE A VOLUNTEER READ Leviticus 23:1-3
Many of us know where the word “holiday” comes from. It means “holy day”. These are days that we set aside on purpose because something or someone is worth remembering. But even more importantly, we are given days that we choose to treat as holy and we reflect on our God and what He has done on these days. This is something we should do daily, but having a holiday gives us a special reason and reminder to embrace certain days as holy days.
HAVE A VOLUNTEER READ Hebrews 11:1-6
It is impossible to take hold of the life God desires for us without combining our daily walk with faith. Sometimes we only have a little faith and sometimes we have a lot of faith. But the important thing is that whatever the size of our faith, that faith is in a very big, powerful, and loving God.
APPLICATION
PRAYER
Pray that God would remind you of what He’s done in and around you and reveal new areas that He wants to show off in your life.

- Why does God tell us to diligently set aside time to reflect on and praise Him for what He’s done in and around us?
- How are you doing in this area (taking a spiritual Sabbath, reflecting on the spiritual holidays, etc.)? How can you improve?
