INTRODUCTION
Easter is an extraordinary time of year for those of us who follow Jesus. We remember not only the many meaningful experiences God has blessed us with during this holiday over the years but more importantly, the reason for this holiday. Jesus didn’t just die for our sins. He rose from the grave conquering Satan, sin, and death for all time.

HAVE A VOLUNTEER READ 1 CORINTHIANS 15:12-14
Easy-to-digest truths make for hardhearted, stiff-necked Christians. But difficult truths make for very softhearted, teachable, and growing Christians. The resurrection was something that even Jesus’ disciples had a hard time believing at first. However, this truth is something that almost every one of them ended up giving their life to validate.
HAVE A VOLUNTEER READ 1 CORINTHIANS 15:15-20
We are not a people to be pitied! Jesus was crucified, died, and was buried. But that wasn’t the end of the story. He rose from the grave to defeat all sin, all death, and our diabolical adversary for all time! Walking in this truth sets the tone for our daily lives because we know and trust the one who not even death itself could defeat.

PRAYER
Pray that God would strengthen your faith, meet you in your doubt, and lead you toward growth and a more abundant life.
